Dane is a serial founder/CEO dedicated to supporting SMBs and deepening New York’s tech ecosystem. Over the course of three decades, he has created products touching much of humanity, employed thousands, and grossed a few billion in equity value.

Ronak is a versatile operations executive with a proven track record of building new programs from the ground up, solving complex problems, identifying and developing top talent, all while executing at best in class performance.

Tom previously led product development for Deliveroo in the UK. He demonstrates tremendous depth and breadth in skill, as acquired through a history of diverse companies including Maple, B&H Photo Video, Quidsi, and Amazon.

During Robyn’s 20+ year tenure at Bed Bath & Beyond, the Company grew from a single brand with 108 US based stores to a complex multi-brand omnichannel retailer operating 1500+ stores. Robyn joins Odeko from NJ where she lives with her three children.

For the past several years, Stephen has held a variety of positions at WeWork, most recently as VP, Global Head of Litigation & Investigations. When Stephen isn’t doing legal stuff, you can find him traveling, playing music, or hiking with his dog Zumi.

For the past four years, Odeko’s mission has been to empower independent businesses. Today, that mission is as critical as ever. Our customers face countless operational and environmental challenges every day, and our goal is to ease their burden so that they can focus their time and resources on building the parts of their business they love.

Nicole’s experience spans the gamut of consumer brands like Starbucks, Zipcar, Avis & WeWork. Her passion for the coffee industry has led her back home to Odeko, where she’s most inspired to support the magic independent coffee shops create in our communities.
